We have revised the layout for the site at Blackthorn Road, Launton to reflect comments made at the public exhibition, discussions with Cherwell District Council and consultation responses from the Environment Agency.

Our Original Vision:
Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for 72 new homes on land to the north east of Backthorn Road to the north east of Launton. The site consists of approximately 5.39 Hectares (13.3 acres) with access from Blackthorn Road, to the south west of the site.Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising a landscape-led residential scheme of both market and affordable dwellings with over half of the site desiganted as public open space. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local community of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
