Welcome to Manor Oak Homes' public consultation website for our proposed new development for Gipsy Lane, Kettering, Northamtonshire.

Our Vision:

Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for 81 new homes on land to the west of Gipsy Lane, Kettering. The site consists of approximately 2.97 Hectares (7.33 acres) with access off Rothwell Road, to the north of the site.

Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising a landscape-led residential scheme of both market and affordable dwellings and public open space. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local community of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
