Our Vision:
Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for approximately 600 new homes on land to the north of Grange Lane to the west of Littleport, Cambridgeshire. The site consists of approximately 29.5 hectares (72.9 acres) with main access from Grange Lane, to the south of the site.Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising a landscape-led residential scheme of both market and affordable dwellings with some 7.6Ha of the site as public open space. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local communty of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
