Our Vision:
Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for 46 new homes on land to the south of Main Street, Witchford. The site consists of approximately 2 Hectares (4.95 acres) with access off Main Street, to the north of the site.Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising a landscape-led residential scheme of both market and affordable dwellings with 19.5% of the site desiganted as public open space. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local community of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
