Welcome to Manor Oak Homes' public consultation website for our proposed new development for Oxhill Road, Upper Tysoe, Warwickshire.

Our Vision:

Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for 40 new homes on land to the south of Oxhill Road on the western fringes of Upper Tysoe. The site consists of approximately 3.7 hectares (9.1 acres) with access from Oxhill Road, to the north of the site.

Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising a landscape-led residential scheme of both market and affordable dwellings with some 53% of the site as public open space. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local community of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
