Welcome to Manor Oak Homes' public consultation website for our proposed new development for Rayne Road, Braintree, Essex.

Our Vision:

Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for 139 new homes on land to the north of Rayne Road on the western fringes of Braintree, Essex. The site of appoximately 6.2 hectares (15.32 acres) with access from Rayne Road, to the south of the site.

Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising a landscape-led residential scheme of both market and affordable dwellings with some 29.5% of the site as public open space. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local communty of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
