Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for a retirement living development of up to 51 dwellings on land to the south of St Wilfrid's Close, Kibworth. The site consists of approximately 0.97 Hectares (2.4 acres) with access off St Wilfrid's Close, to the north of the site.Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising a landscape-led scheme comprising a mix of one and two bed dwellings, with 31 car parking spaces provided, three of which will be disabled spaces. 38% of the site will be landscaped open space, and 18% of the site will be retained as existing woodland. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local community of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
