Welcome to Manor Oak Homes' public consultation website for our proposed new development on land off Warwick Road, Kibworth, Leicestershire.

Our Vision:

Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for for up to 110 new homes with open space and car parking on land located to the south east of Warwick Road. Access will be off the existing Warwick Road. The proposed development site comprises 5.2 hectares (12.8 acres).

Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising both market and affordable dwellings and public open space. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local communty of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
