Welcome to Manor Oak Homes' public consultation website for our proposed new development for Wendover Road, Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire.

Our Vision:

Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for 340-360 new homes on land to the south-west of Wendover Road on the southern fringes of Stoke Mandeville. The site consists of approximately 17.9 hectares (44.2 acres) with access from Wendover Road, to the east of the site.

Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application comprising a landscape-led residential scheme of both market and affordable dwellings and public open space. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local communty of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
