Welcome to Manor Oak Homes' public consultation website for our proposed new development at Kibworth, Leicestershire.

Our Vision:

Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for land located to the south and west of Priory Business Park, Kibworth, Leicestershire. Access will be via existing roads off Warwick Road, located to the west of the A6. The site comprises 8.98 hectares (22.2 acres).

Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit an outline planning application for a mixed use scheme comprising predominantly office and light industrial employment space, a local centre, as well as approximately 34 new dwellings. These website pages are an extension of the pre-application consultation event that was held to inform the local communty of the emerging proposals and gives the opportunity to ask questions or make comments.
