Access
The proposed development is located within a sustainable location which is within an acceptable walking and cycling distance of local facilities including the Primary School. The proposed development will access the highway network via Reading Road. The proposed development of the site will result in a number of new vehicle trips on the highway network. A transport statement has been completed to understand the impact and volume of new vehicles on the highway network and concludes that any impact is minimal and generally insignificant.
