Access
The proposed development site comprises 2.65 hectares (6.5 acres) of greenfield land. It is located adjacent to the northern boundary of Kibworth Harcourt, and is surrounded by the existing built up area on three sides. The site currently comprises an agricultural field, with mature hedgerows and trees along the northern and western boundaries. To the south of the site is Wistow Road, and to the east is the roundabout joining Wistow Road to the A6 Leicester Road. Kibworth Harcourt can be accessed via the A6 which connects the village to Leicester City Centre. Leicester City Centre is located approximately 9 miles north-west of Kibworth Harcourt and offers a large variety of services and facilities. The village itself offers a wide range of services and facilities which are within walking and cycling distance of the site.
