Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they achieved outline planning consent for a scheme for 260 dwellings with associated public open space, a primary school, a care home and employment land on land to the South of Radwinter Road, Saffron Walden.

Policy SP6 of the draft local plan identified land allocations in Saffron Walden for 260 dwellings. Saffron Walden Policy 1 of the June 2012 Draft Local Plan proposes an area of land to the east of the town for development. As part of this Policy, the land to the east of Saffron Walden is allocated for 260 dwellings, 6 hectares of employment land, and including new recreation and open space uses. The Manor Oaks Homes land lies within this area.
