Overview

Manor Oak Homes are working with a team of consultants to submit a full planning application for 12 new homes on land to the north east of Bishopstone Road in Stone, Buckinghamshire. Access to the development will be situated on the South West boundary of the site via Bishopstone Road.

The proposed development site comprises 0.973 hectares of greenfield land. It is located between existing residential developments to the north and North West, sports pitches to the east and Bishopstone Road to the South and South West. The site currently comprises an unused parcel of land, with mature hedgerows and trees along the Northern and Southern boundaries. The proposed development is bound by existing residential developments to the North and North West, sports pitches to the east and Bishopstone Road to the South and South West.
