Welcome to Manor Oak Homes' public consultation website for our proposed new development for the land to the east of the Market town of Swaffham, on the Norwich Road, Norfolk.

Our Vision:

Manor Oak Homes are pleased to announce they are preparing a scheme for 168 new homes. The development is situated on the land to the east of the Market town of Swaffham, on the Norwich Road. Access to the development will be situated on the south boundary of the site via Norwich Road.

Manor Oak Homes are aiming to submit a planning application comprising both market and affordable dwellings and public open space.
