Our Proposals
The dwellings on the proposed new development will consist of mainly family houses ranging from compact 2 bed homes to larger 5 bed detached homes.
There will also be 14 apartments situated to the North-West of the site, and these will consist of a mixture of 1 bed and 2 bed dwellings. Incorporated into the site will be approximately 40% affordable dwellings ranging from 1 bed apartments to 4 bedroom family homes.
The dwellings to the West of the development look out of the site onto the open fields and across the A420. The dwellings to the East of the development also look out of the site to address the surrounding properties as well as the Public Open Space. A linear Public Open Space is situated along the Eastern boundary of the site. This will provide a link between Colton Road and Stallpits Road.
